On June 30, the first graduations of 2022 were held in the assembly hall of the building at Lensoveta, 14. Graduates of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education, the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Information Systems and Information Protection received long-awaited diplomas.
Holding graduations with a unique concert program for each institute and faculty is a long-term tradition of SUAI. Due to restrictions during the pandemic these events had to be organized online but in 2022 graduations will again take place in person. The directors and deans, teachers and relatives came to congratulate the graduates.
“Dear graduates, on behalf of the rector, university administration and all teachers, I want to congratulate you and your families on this wonderful day. Receiving a diploma is a significant event for everyone. Your profession is especially relevant today although a highly qualified specialist will be in demand at any time. You have to meet the challenges of our time, so do not stop learning. Specialists who improve their knowledge always find a decent job. Remember that we are always waiting for you within the walls of the university, the doors to master's and postgraduate studies are open for you. I congratulate everyone again. Good luck!” Galina Peshkova, vice-rector for the development of the university complex, addressed the guests of the holiday.
The SUAI creative studios performed for the graduates, kind parting words were heard from the stage and applause thundered in the hall. And this is only the first day, ahead is the continuation of the graduation marathon for two days.
Congratulations to the newly minted specialists on receiving diplomas and we wish them great success!
