SUAI at the Educational Forum in Uzbekistan

The opening ceremony of the III Russian-Uzbek educational forum Integration of Education, Industry and Science – a Diver of Academic Efficiency took place on October 26th, 2022 in Samarkand.

The forum includes plenary sessions devoted to the hottest topics of developing educational cooperation between the two countries including issues of inter-university cooperation, learning the Russian language, training and professional development of academic staff.

 The event is attended by representatives of relevant ministries and departments, as well by rectors of leading Russian and Uzbek educational organizations.

SUAI representatives at the forum -  Budagov Artur S. (Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship Technologies and Law), Chichkova Elena F. (Director of Space Services Cosmo Inform Center), Makarova Yulia V. (Head of Department for International Cooperation) participated in plenary sessions. Chichkova Elena F. reported on the scientific and educational activities of the SUAI and innovative technologies for monitoring territories and potentially dangerous zones based on satellite multispectral sounding data. All participants expressed their deep interest in further mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education and science.

During working meetings and negotiations were reached the agreements
on concluding Memorandums of Understanding with a number of Uzbek universities: Samarkand State University, Tashkent State Transport University, Urgench State University, Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service.
